I am afraid you will not see much good English on this site. Try reading the news on http://www.cnn.com - it is quite literate but not as hard to read as some other web sites. If you are worried about the spoken language, then watch videos on that site or the BBC site http://www.bbc.co.uk if you prefer British English to American English.

Children's books, as suggested by the previous answerer, can be very helpful. If you are a little more advanced, try reading mystery stories - they hold your attention, and the vocabulary is not usually too complex. Many business schools offer language courses - see what you can find.

Where do you live? When I lived in Germany, I traded English conversation for German conversation with a student. We met twice a week, once to speak English and once to speak German, and it benefited both of us - no money was involved. So if you can find an English-speaking person who is trying to learn your language, you might be able to arrange something similar.

Good luck! But I am serious - there is very little good English on Yahoo Answers!

The best way to be fluent in English is to READ English--books, newspapers, etc. Start with children's books and work up. This works well if you're you're learning English as a foreign language or even if you're a native-English speaker. You can find some recommended lists of books in English by age group here:
