canine and cats are diverse.canine are descended from wolves and although meat is the main effective area of a wolf's eating ordinary they are rather omnivorous and could consume fruit and berries and different plant life sometimes interior the wild.So canine have inherited this means to digest some plant life. on the different hand cats are obligate carnivores.you will in no way see a wildcat ingesting berries-purely animals.So giving fruit or veg to a cat looks stupid as their bodies are not geared up to technique them. one in each of my canine likes the weird and wonderful little bit of fruit yet my different canine won't touch it.if your canine is healthful and satisfied i'd stick to what your giving her.

Fruit and Veg mainly contain both Veg and Fruit. They are good for you because Fruit and Veg is good for you. Enjoy!

Well, typically in a fruit there are 45-50 cals per serving and in a veggie from 10-30 cals per serving.

broccoli has calcium
All these are very important vitamins help your body function, escpecially important for younger people who are still growing or need to loose weight.
fiber helps keep you from getting constipated and helps you digest
Water, well! keeps you hydrated and functioning.
