I mean what the hell? It could be the middle of winter and snowing outside and I'm sleeping on top of the blankets with the window open. My boyfriend says he can feel it radiating off me. Everyone else is comfortable and I'm about to pass out from the heat. what gives?

That's how I am too, and it drives my boyfriend nuts because he is from the deep south and can't stand the cold. For me, I believe the reason is that I grew up in a northern climate in a house without heat and my body acclimated to it over time and now percieves it as normal. Also, an overactive thyroid gland can make people hot and in women the hormone progesterone, present in high levels premenstrually and in pregnancy, can play a part. Take your temperature in the morning before moving around at all and see if its normal(96.7-98.7). When I'm unbearably hot I carry a pump powered mister bottle with me so I don't pass out.

I'm the same as you! I sleep without blankets in winter too! And , summer just kills me. I'm always hot. I have no explanation for it.

not to worry, it's just that you have a very high body temperature...it's the same with my mom...it's very normal
