No, just the opposite. I think that the one who kneels in prayer is hoping and expecting their problem to be solved by God.

The ones who stand up and take control of their own lives, and solve their own problems without relying on anything or anyone else, THOSE people 'can stand to anything'.

For a believer, yes. After prayer a person is at peace from inside. Kind of his soul is peace full and calm. Praying to a firm believer gives the person sort of a confidence and belief that someone is behind him (God) and all his problems will be solved, which in turn gives the person immense strength that he can stand up to any circumstances he faces in life.

if you don't have apersonal relationship with God it doesn't matter if you kneel or stand without a relationship with the creator of the universe your prayers are invain

No, I do not believe in prayer. We, in order to mature as a species, need to stop relying on a Cosmic superhero in the sky, and instead rely upon ourselves and other human beings. We need to learn to trust each other rather than letting our beliefs divide us. We need to unite together to face the problems of the world- crime, starvation, poverty, bigotry...
