Sea horses hold the eggs in a pouch and give birth. That's the only male animal I know that gives birth.

The only male animal that I know of that has birth duties is the seahorse. He collects the eggs from the female and carries them in a womb type of pouch.

As they all said, the seahorse. There's also a type of toad called the midwife toad that carries the eggs until they hatch (though I don't know if you could call it "giving birth").

I think snakes... they lay eggs through their mouths!
There's also a male fish that lays eggs, but I don't know the name.
