How often can it be taken without permanent damage (no scolding or preaching please)? I heard you do it too much it messes you up permanently. But if you do it occasionaly its not so bad. I mean on two occasions I've seen doctors on it so it can't be terrible for you (they would know). So whats the most I'd be able to do it (I really like that stuff)? Whats the most anybody here has taken it, and do you see any permament bad effects, or nothing at all?

LOL! You've seen doctors do it, so it can't hurt you? Have you ever known a doctor who smoked? I have. Who was involved in dangerous activities like sky diving? I have. Anesthesiologists have an alarming rate of drug addiction, by the way.

Knowing that something can hurt you doesn't keep many people from doing it! *Everyone* knows that smoking and a high-fat diet with little physical activity will probably kill you, but look around.

What I know about E is that it is highly desireable once you've tried it. It is most definitely psychologically addicting after only a few doses. If you can rationalize "a few times" BEFORE you've done it, just think how easy it will be to rationalize "lots" of use afterward.

Ecstasy is made in garages. There is no one checking to see that what's in it is what you think is in it. It commonly contains methamphetamine. Seen any healthy tweakers lately?

A common nickname for users is E-Tard. There's a reason.

All right, here's an answer, and I won't scold or preach to you.
Truthfully, the first time cal kill you. Ecstasy can cause hyperthermia (increased body temperature) which can easily kill you. It can happen the first time, or anytime you use the drug. The reason that you saw doctors doing it is because even doctors aren't perfect, and can get addicted just like anyone else.
If you continue to use Ecstasy, I would recommend that you do an Internet search and find out as much as you possibly can about it, that way you are well informed. I would also suggests that you appoint a sober friend (who won't drink or do drugs) to keep an eye on you and your other intoxicated friends, so he or she can watch for hyperthermia, and any other side effects.
Hope this helps!

I've done it before. My friends and I used to do it about once a week for about 4 or 5 months. I would usually only take 1 but sometimes 2. I have not had any permanent effects and it has been years since I stopped doing it; but if I had the chance again I probably would. However, I had one friend who did it a lot more and the only thing that happend to him was his tolerance got really high. He had to take like 10 pills at once to get the same feeling again. So have fun but be careful.

the first time you take Ecstasy it does long term damage.. you would be able to go in, get your brain monitored, and they would be able to find "holes" in your brain. that doesn't mean that it would effect your ability to function after the first try.. but it COULD... as with all illegal drugs, the potency and impurities could change from pill to pill.. and you could get lucky and go the rest of your life, taking it all the time with little damage, or the next small dose you take could be the one that kills you. although I'm not a drug user myself.. lots of my friends and some of my family members have used such drugs extensively and I've seen first hand what each drug on the market can do to people.. for instance, i had a cousin.. his nickname was hippie... and he had literally tried every drug in the boOK.. his philosophy was as long as the drug doesn't become your god you are still ok.. and he lived many years.. and died in a motorcycle wreck, completely sober.. and he was just as intelligent the day he died as he was 20 years ago (he died 2 years ago at the age of 45). the only drug that scared him was meth. now that being said.. even he would have told you not to take anymore Ecstasy.. not because of the side effects, but because this drug already has a hold on you and you have barely started taking it... and if you try to push your body to the limit, you are going to go overboard.. you've shown that much of your personality already. so back down from this one I'd say.. it's not worth the possible outcome of death or being a vegetable for the rest of your life.

With any kind of drug you never want to abuse it and make something that feels good feel worse or cause any sort of permanent damage. Its definitely not worth it if you're going to abuse it. Based on my experience I think maybe once a week might be ok. I usually take 1-2 during a duration of a week but that's usually once every 3-6 months whenever I take vacations.

back in the day I took it all the time. I have done it at lest 30 times. My IQ is the same as before I took it, I am just as smart and everything else as before, i notice no change. Do be careful with dehydration and all though, and please don;t drive on it. Not sure if its as strong as it used to be, i know shrooms aren;t. I had a blast and i don;t regret it at all. i have had numerous brain scans and nobody has ever said anything about it. Most anti drug **** is propaganda
