Do a yahoo search on finding people, and you'll get a BUNCH of site that can give you info on people. Some you have to pay some you don't.
I can't remember the site name, but it you try and look along the lines of finding people that have passed away (dead people) you'll find site that will help you find info on EVERY thing about people.
If you don't have a credit card, you can go down to most check cashing stores and get a pre-paid credit card. It works just as good as a credit or debit card.... but it pre-paid. You can get one for little or no money. However, some have bougs charges for using it so I would read the terms, conditions and limitations on the card.

Online people searches are cheaper than trying to download and run a people search. That would use up all of your computer's power and space, and wouldn't yield anything different compared to what the monster online searches can do.

No, You can do it online for a fee. If there was a software, you still have to pay for the info. The info is not free.
