No, Satan is the ruler of the earth. Although we the people of the earth belong to God. But we can fall into Satans "pattern of the world and stray away from Christ"

God rules the Universe. No one rules the earth however most would tell u the president is the most powerful man on earth. Thousands of yrs ago there were monarchs that ruled vast empires that spanned most of the world. That was the closest any1 got to ruling the world.

God does rule the earth and the entire universe... just because we see all this injustice and all this corruption in the world does not mean that God is OK with it.... He gave us the will, the power, and the means to change things if we're not happy with them... if we fail at changing reality, we should not blame God for it.... and indeed, let's hope that God does not blame us for it either....
