Are you talking about Club St. Lucia by Splash?
If you are meaning the Island itself. St. Lucia is considered the "Hawaii of the Caribbean". The closest you can get with the waterfalls, rain forest, lush landscaping, volcano, etc.
I have sent several honeymooners here and they have loved it. Like anywhere it does depend on where you stay in how good of a stay you will have. The flight is long, all day travel. I would say though it is highly worth it. There are two airports you can fly into either Vigie Fields or Hewanorra. Vigie only AA flys into and you will have possibly a double change of planes depending on your departure city. Hewanorra is about an hour and a half windy drive through the mountains, beautiful yes...but many who aren't usually prone to car sickness experience it on this drive.
There are options of either All-Inclusive or not. So decide which you would like. All-Inclusive really is the best way to go though in my opinion!
If you have further questions feel free to message me. I'm unsure if I answered your questions correctly without knowing if you are talking about St. Lucia or that hotel I indicated.

It depends on whether you stay in a resort or not. Whn you stay in a resort you are cosseted and taken care of in every way. We preferred to do our own thing and there were a few problems. We couldn't wander down the street for a walk without being pestered by people wanting to make money in some way or other. When we drove about people would ask for a lift and then expect us to give them money for acting as "guides", although we knew where we were going and thought that we were doing them a favour! All too many signposts had been deliberately removed so that we would have to pay to find out which was the right road. But all this was a small price to pay for being on such a lovely island with so much natural beauty and such friendly, cheerful people. It has the additional advantage of being within easy reach of other islands such as Guadeloupe, Dominica and Martinique, to which you can take a ferry service known as Express des Iles from Castries. This is very worth while. Why not go and decide for yourself?

Do your learn! initiate with the venue (rite and reception region) and then narrow all the smaller information down after that. seem on the region and the place in St. Lucia you prefer to have it (hi...that is St. Lucia that is all attractive!) then make the main of any social coordinators that artwork for the hotel (oftentimes observed as "wedding ceremony coordinators" or catering coordinators). frequently the lodges have a catalogue of distributors that often do weddings at their hotel and that they'll without issues provide it to you. Your social coordinator will help to a pair degree. ordinarily you will desire to do purely your learn incredibly properly. think of approximately getting seller referrals from a community St. Lucia wedding ceremony coordinator so as which you will possibly be connected with some solid distributors. it won't fee almost as plenty for this provider because it might finished wedding ceremony making plans centers. So, you nonetheless get the exciting of making plans yet a sprint practise. In resonse on your remark on wedding ceremony planners...even although they don't seem to be there (till you hire a community wedding ceremony planner) they understand the marketplace and what to seem for, the place issues would be, understand the place hidden expenditures are, and so on. :-)

A few of my friends has been to St. Lucia and loved it (that I know of). It has a beautiful scenerio, I was to consider going to St. Lucia last year to attend for Dwayne's birthday/memorial but did not get to make it since a lot of people could not go (my friends included). Cr*p, that reminds me that I need to contact his mother and see if anything's going on this year. If I do get to go, I wouldn't mind sharing pictures so you could see for yourself. :)

Hi I have stayed there a couple of years ago and it was great
if you wanted a cheaper all inclusive with a lot of things to do
and a lot of children around!! If you want a quiet laze in the sun forget it it is rather like Butlins in the Caribbean.
