What would be the best way to tell if a girl likes you?

Hey, I like this girl at school right and I was wondering how you would go about telling if they like you or not.. We went out about a year ago and it fell through... Now I really like her and i want to win her heart you got any suggestions for me?? I would really appreciate it

Try talking to her, if she does not want to talk to you, question answered, if she does, ask her out. Go from there.
