Aussie Slip conditioner takes tangles out like magic....you can even dilute it in a spray bottle with lots of water and it will still work, then a bottle can last you for months!

- Apply olive oil
- wrap with warm towel for 15 mins - half hour
- wash per normal (I don't like sticky hair, so I lather shampoo without rinsing the oil)
It works wonder to my hair. But of course you don't expect your daughter's hair to immediately be flowing silky. Use big toothed comb and comb from the end first before working towards the root.
Also use soft hairband instead of the plasticky / rubber hair band.

Use a detangling spray for her hair right after you wash it. Then comb it. The comb should slide right through. I use Mane-n-Tail detangler for my daughter's hair. I just spray it on generously while her hair is still wet, and blow dry it with the little comb attachment. She doesn't feel a thing. You can find Mane-n-Tail at your local Rite-Aid or K-mart or WalMart.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Detangler
It comes in a 10 oz. pump spray bottle and smells like vanilla. Works well and doesn't build up on the hair.

I have really fine, but thick hair and it tangles very easily, i use pantene smooth and sleek and it really does the trick, but make sure you leave it in for at least one minute before rinsing, and also use the shampoo as well. It really works for me
