i live in kentucky and our law here is if they are at least 16 then they can anwser for them selfs and its not illegal they have to be the ones to say something no one can but him its a common wealth state

It may not be illegal, but, let's face it.......WHY is a 20 year old man interested in a 16 year old girl? Does he want to go to prom?
He's graduated and either working or in college (I would hope). She's still in high school doing the whole football game and algebra homework.
He really needs to be interested in someone more his age. And, yes, I know 4 years isn't THAT long - but when you're in high school, it is. If he were 30 and she were 26 - you're right, who would care, but the maturity levels 20 and 16 are different - unless he's immature.
She needs to be dating someone who shares her interests and social events. AND - a 16 year old, in Kentucky or not, has no business having sex with a 20 year old.

Yes but keep in mind that is a state law, and national law is that if he is under 18, it is considered rape. I'm not going to tell you what to do, but I will tell you to be extra careful. I once dated a 16 year old who acted more mature...we lasted 3 months because of how 'mature' he thought he was. Even now, I know he cheated on me. I wouldn't date anyone younger than me, and I'm 20.
