if ur's is love marriage i don't think there is no problem with that u can directly do it if she has the knowledge of sex.
if ur's is arranged then make sure that u two people has good communication with each other. talk with her every thing just like a friend and get closer and closer to her. let her know what is sex u can explain it to her or make her know by some other person or books. after that start with holding her close really close and kiss her for some time and intensify the feeling and then start kissing her body and next she will not be shy anymore u can continue from that.

Be romantic, start by making her a nice dinner. Play some music that is relaxing or a song that means something to the both of you. After dinner, sit with her and just talk about what you see for the future and how happy you are to be with her. When you both are relaxed, lead her to the bedroom. Have the bed made with soft rose petals all over the top of the bed, give her small but sweet gentle kisses on her neck. Make her feel comfortable, even if that means getting nude and just holding each other on top of the sheets. Once she gets comfortable, nature will take over, she may initiate it.

just tell her you love her and you will never hurt her maybe start slowly by touching and kissing her and always talk and communicate with her. If you are the indian guy married to a shy girl just take it slow. Eventually she will not be so shy once you two get use to each other.

start with lots of talking, and hold her close. kissing is a good slow way to build up to having sex .just take your time with her and do not force yourself on her
