That all depends - can you afford to feed them, get their shots, and the time it will take to care for them?
If you live in town, versus out in the country, some places have laws about how many dogs you can have.
If you can care for them, love them all. But if not, many papers will allow a two day ad for free to give them away to people who can care for them.
Also many vet's have a board in their office where you could post a notice that you had dogs you wanted to give away. And anyone who goes into a vet already knows the importance of caring for pets.
You didn't say -- how did you wind up with 15 dogs? About 7 years ago, we had two females have litters 8 days apart and had 26, but only till we found homes for the babies when they were old enough.

Either get a license for a dog kennel, or get a citation for having too many dogs. Animal care & control will not only cite you for this, they will take a large portion of them away & adopt them out. If you aren't going to get a license, and you don't want Animal control involved, I suggest "you" decide which one's you want to keep, and personally adopt the rest out by running an ad. Either way, I wish you luck.

If you have 15 dogs then you have far to many. You cannot possibly take care of then properly and if they live in the house then your home will STINK!
Best call the animal rescue and get rid of them all, perhaps you shouldnt have any pets if you are not able to care for them.

I'm sitting on five of my own large dogs.
two ancient old airdales for adoption.
one parvo survivor beagle for adoption
one daschund mix for adoption
a breeders terrier and her three pups. That will be up for adoption.
At thirteen I get them all taken care of and drink!!!!!! EXCESSIVELY!!!

Keep them very clean and healthy, make sure there exercised and loved and make sure there environment they live in is clean...
