There are lots of healthy choices.

fruit - fresh, not canned
veggies - baby carrots are great on the go
air popped popcon - no butter
handful of almonds
high fiber cereal

Munchies, seriously the bag of chips called munchies is the best. Or beef jerky cuz then your chewing for a long time and eating less. Also fruit cuz it's a lot of water so it fills you up fast.

if you mean wacky weed munchies, i've found that just about ANYTHING will work as long as theres LOTS of it. lol. i usually reach for a bowl of cereal. i try to abstain though. that stuff will make you FAT!
