there a number of factors that play into this...like the actuall temperature of your fridge, the time you bought your meat etc etc...
Just as long as the meat doesnt smell different of start forming an opaque substance then it should be fine....but once COOKED, meat can only be kept for a few days in the fridge

depends....how did you thaw it...in the fridge? if yes, then definitely. if you left it out/in the sink it depends if your fridge is cooling at the appropriate temp, it has been stored properly prior to thawing, and most all of how does it smell and feel (slimy?) before you cook it...for me the max would be today...and don't refreeze it! cook it today or throw it out.

Chicken goes off quickly as well as fish , if it was kept real cold at all times and was very freshly bought I suggest you smell it but i think it will still be good . If it was not very cold the hole time I will suggest you through it away , rather save than sorry

The general rule is 2-3 days. Personally, I think you can go 3-4, but that may be taking a risk.
You are probably still fine if you cook it today.
It is bad to re-freeze it.

It should be as long as it was kept cold. You can always tell by the smell, sounds gross but meat that is bad smells bad. It should go no longer than today!

Five days is the limit - and that is pushing it - usually 3 to 4 days is the max - and not get food poison - eat and live long!@
