Firstly, stay calm.

You are a very good person for taking in this little animal that needs you so.

Second - folks here are right - get her to the vet - time for all her shots. She probably has never had any, or least go by that premise.

Third - it is never good to keep changing a dog's diet. Find a good balanced food - and keep the dog on that. Even treats should be the same - no new ones introduced.

I have a pup with sensitive stomach - when she was snuck some human food two weeks ago by an elderly woman who thought she was being kind, my poor little girl had the runs for 4 days and then got herself dehydrated.

Give her a good home, love her a lot - and by all means, see a vet at least once a year :)

When that happened to my dog I went to the vet and she gave me a soft food called gastro formula. She told us to feed our dog just a little bit at a time and to feed him 4 times a day. I did that and within 2 days he was better. If there is blood in it's poop then it's an infection and you do need to take your dog into the vet but I would just try to feed him a little at a time throughout the day and see if that works. But otherwise just hold on a couple more days and it will go away.....Good Luck....I've been there and done that...

I would at least call the vet. It could be the constant changing of food has her system out of sync. It could be worms. Or it could be something more serious. Has she chewed up anything lately? One of my pups got a hold of a styrofoam cup and had a lot of trouble for about 4 days. Sometimes dogs will eat things that are not digestible.

But call the vet - he can tell you whether he needs to see her or not.

I know in the past with some of my dogs he has had me give them pepto.

Quick food changes can upset the dogs stomach.
Try giving her some Kopectate does her for her weight.
Pepto bismol will work also.
Keep her on the food you want to feed and let her stomach calm down some. She should be fine in a few days.
Keep in mind that changing food like that can cause their stomach to get upset and they can get sick.
If she is ill for more than a couple of days get her to the vet.

you should take the dog to the vet. But they may tell you to put him on a bland diet of white rice and plain cooked chicken. Try feeding him that for a few days.

Has she been wormed ?
If you have then she might have had Worms and her body is getting rid of them.

Or you could try soaking the hard food to soften it and see how she goes on that.

If she keeps it up you should take her to a vet she might be sick
I hope she gets well

Pleae bring your dog to the vet.
She may have Parvo & if she does it has to be treated immediately or it will be deadly!
Even if its not Parvo its better to be safe than sorry.
She's probably in a lot of pain right now, so do her the favor & have her checked out.
Give your dog big kisses for me!
I hope she gets better soon! Good Luck!!

Don't skimp on medical attention for your dog! A dog can't pick up the phone and make an appointment. She depends on you to look after her. If she's sick, find out why.
