What if I told you I was visited by God last night? That panicking; I went to the church this morning and said “I do not believe in God, I am an Atheist but last night I he visited me and he said I would bare him another son.”
What if I had a pregnancy test that proved I was indeed pregnant and I tell everyone that I’ve never slept with anyone before and that God visited me
Would you believe I was pregnant with God’s Child? Or would you think I was easy and trying to cover up that I got knocked up outside of marriage.
Which scenario makes more sense to you? Technically speaking don’t you think it would definitely make an atheist a believer if I was knocked up by God and had his kid. Wouldn’t you rather an Atheist get knocked up because generally other Atheists would listen more seriously to another Atheist than A Believer. Or like I said, would you believers just label me a skank because why would God pick an Atheist to bring forth his next kid into the world?

Carol M: Not only do I believe this entire question is hypothetical, but you're also being offensive and your language with this person is downright ugly. Judge not, lest ye be judged. It is not your place to go spouting off that this girl is the "spawn of Satan" just because she isn't Christian. Hell, she probably doesn't believe in Satan or Hell, seeing as she's Atheist. Same here, I'm Pagan and don't believe in Satan or Hell, so threats and insults in regard to Hell and Satan mean nothing to me. Give the whole act a rest. You're defying the will of your own God.
The question, anyway, is interesting. What would people believe? Most likely that it's a cover-up, and not a terribly clever one. Particularly, you would be villified by more radical Christians for being a mockery to God and Jesus and carrying the spawn of Satan, as has already been impressed upon you by our friendly neighborhood bigots in this thread. Still, it is an interesting thought.

Your situation would not be much different than Mary's. Most people would not believe your story just like most people do not believe the account of Mary's pregnancy.
It doesn't, therefore, make a lot of sense to claim that you were devinely impregnated because almost no one would believe you.
As for do I think and atheist believer would be a more effective witness, I think that the answer is probably no. The converted atheist would find themselves under even more vicious attacks and seen as a traitor. If you don't believe this then you truly underestimate the cruelty of people towards those by whom they feel betrayed.
I noticed on your profile that you state you respect other religions but you don't want anyone to try to force their religion down your throat. Yet here and in your other questions you do not hesitate to ridicule and belittle basic tenants of the religion, not just inoccently challenging ideologies but agressively attacking those theologies. In addition you try to force your ideas of atheism down others throats. Aren't you a bit of a hypocrite? You don't hesitate to do to others what you have clearly asked others not to do to you.

First off I would like to start by addressing Mary wasn't a sinner. She was a sinner!! She was human. Do you honestly think she would want you worshiping her? Jesus came and died for her too. No disrespect. God chose her to fulfill prophecy.She was the descendant of David. we should have respect for her for being chosen by God but she is not equal to Jesus.
Now for your question. If the Bible said that Jesus would come again by means of another virgin birth I would take what you said into consideration. But the bible says Jesus is His only begotten son. But, the bible says when He returns His feet won't touch the ground. So not likely for another virgin birth. Yes I think it would be a great eye opener for an atheist if God chose them. And would be more of a testimony for other atheists.As for thinking you were a skank I wouldn't think that. I would think you had been deceived. There are times when Satan can come to us as an angel of light and try to deceive us as to thinking he is God. God can't lie He said Jesus would return a different way. Not by another virgin birth. I have to believe what His word says.
