I am a chiropractor and I treat people with headaches every day. A very large percent of the headaches are due to muscle imbalance in the neck and also dural and spinal attachments. Also put a cool/cold cloth on your forehead. It may not cure it but it should give you some relief from the severity of the pain. Hope you feel better.
