Yes. I have lost 32 pounds in 69 days. The first 10 days, I lost 8 pounds. I have been going at it a little slow. I have a friend in Australia who has lost 40 pounds in 43 days. He used the advanced plan. We are both on the Stack Body Tune Up.
If I can be of further assistance, please let me know.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Excercise every single day for one and a half hours, esp. cardio work outs. It's okay to eat carbs... you will need the energy to work out. Avoid oily food! Instead of drinking juice or fizzy drinks.. drink water all the time. Avoid drinks that contain a lot of sugar. Don't go on a crash diet.. it could backfire. Just try to eat more healthy food.
The best way to see weight loss is by the fit of your clothes.... if your clothes are feeling a little baggy in 25 days.. you have lost weight.

Yep. I know that you'd need to lose .8 pounds a day.
Run 5 miles daily and stop eating for a while.

Oh gosh! Not eat a drop of food and do nothing but drink water and exercise... Do you see how hard that would be?
I think you need a more realistic goal to meet.. Like maybe 10 pounds in a month or so...

Try the Shangri-la method:
no hunger, no expensive gimmicks. It's working for a lot of dieters, especially overweight/obese ones.

Go low on water...As 87% of our body mass consists of water, obviously it will have an effect on your weight.
