Since you think God is exclusively Christian in nature, does he answer OUR pagan prayers or Jewish prayers, or even Muslim prayer, or are we just spinnin our wheels?

I think God hears the earnest prayers of all people. We may not always get the answer we would prefer, but we always get the right answer. (even if it is no or wait a little while).

First of all thank god for being so forgiving and understanding after he made us and knows us well. Gods plan for return depends upon the fact that everyone will have been exposed to the truth that he is god and jesus is our savior. That he died on the cross so that we may be forgiven.God hears all prayers only thing, is do you hear his answer; would you submitt if you did ? The fact that you pray says enough in that you do believe in a higher being. Read the bible it is complete and very resourceful you will find that you are not the first to ask this question. Good luck and God bless!

The Scripture says that "The effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much", but that DOESN'T mean that He wouldn't hear a sinner confessing to Him and asking forgiveness. If it did mean that, then His death and our prayers would be a waste of time! I would suppose it would be the nature and the intent of the prayers that God would consider more than anything else.

Notice that very few people want to directly answer this question... and those that do, say he answers "all" prayers...

So why bother being a Christian, Muslim, Jew, etc...?

Why don't we all just be happy "God" people, and not worry about the dogma?

God answer the pray of the righteous. Not Christian or Muslim.

In Ezek 33, God says, even the righteous one did evil, they will surely die. But God accept those sinners who repent, and do good.

Again, when God answer, the answer may not always be 'yes'.

I told my daughter the other day, if you pray that God will help you to win the net-ball match, and happened that the other team also pray the same thing, how?

We should always pray that God's will be done. But we can still bring our desire to him, just that we need to accept whatever befall.

In the Garden of Gethsameny, Jesus too, pray for the cup of sorrow to pass off, but not his will , But God's will.

You are just spinning your wheeles...... God does NOT hear the prayers of a sinner... If you are not in JESUS CHRIST, you are a sinner, in his son (christian) christ like get it??????? Jesus prays to GOD his Father for us, so you have to be of Christ, and in Christ for him to speak to the father for you in your behalf.. I hope this helps a little bit. I am not real good at explaining things to people but I try my best.

He answered a prayer, even though I wasn't following Him at the time. But the Rapture will come when God wants it, not you.
