My cat wont stop meowing. heres food in her dish,clean litter box,no ticks or fleas. What the heck is she going through? Im going to cut off her tongue.

Maybe she just needs a lil' bit of lovin'?
Tommy (my cat) won't stop crying, until I pick him up and pet him for a while ... they need lovin' every once in a while, just like we do.

Cats meow for all kinds of reasons, much like we speak for various reasons. Could she be in heat? Could she be in pain? Does she just want a pat on the head or a cuddle? One of my cats meows endlessly if he gets bored. Cats are a lot like children in ways and this is one of them -- they can't express themselves coherently and they expect you to solve all their problems. Start figuring it out by process of elimination... Does she cry only when standing? Or only when you're really close to her? At night or during the day? What are you doing when she meows? Good luck figuring it out.

In such a situation my cat just wants to be caressed. All that's alive wants a bit of love from time to time.

yes cut off the tongue! that will certainly fix your problem. a bath in sulphuric acid would also do the trick
