tried to get virus out of my ME could not bought spy sheriff did not work ended up cleaning pc and upgrading to XP do not need that spyware just want to get money back help

The reality, though, is that these people are criminals and scammers and will most likely not refund your money unfortunately. Your best bet would be to contact your credit card company and deny the charges saying that the company you purchased it from committed fraud.

How about contacting their helpdesk and explain to them what you're posted here? Or do you expect their helpdesk to be reading Yahoo Answers! as well?
