Well, one of our humorist said those words :
"Si Dieu n'est pas marié pourquoi parle t-on de sa grande clemence ?"
If god isn't married why do people speak about his great clemency (mercy). ^^
(Knowing that Clemence in french is a woman first name).

No He doesn't some believe He does Many of those people Got that idea from the book The Davinci Code. That book is a fiction book and no one should base their beliefs on it. The true two life answer is no God does not have a wife neither does Jesus on earth he was never in any love relationships of that type and just so you know he doesn't have a husband either. However as churches and the body of Christ we are Godl's bride but that is spiritually I don't think that's what you were talking about.

No He doesnt have a wife, nor a son nor a mother nor a father.
In fact He is totally unique. One of a kind. Sex or the need for sex is an animalistic characteristic. Since God doesnt have any needs, ie to procreate or for pleasure He doesnt have a wife or child/ren.
which is why In Islam He says:
Say: He is Allah, The One and Only
Allah is He on Whom all depend.
He begets not, nor is He begotten
And there is none like unto Him. (Qur'aan 114)
compare with the first commandment:
I am the Lord your God...you shall have no other gods before me. You shall not make for yourself an idol, whether in the form of anything that is in heaven above, or that is on the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. You shall not bow down to them or worship them
Both point to god being totally unique and almost outside our sphere of comprehension hence not to make idols of Him or likenesses, because you will be limiting god with YOUR limited understanding.
To recap; God is One, not born, not having a wife or children, unique,He does not need to reproduce which is an animalistic concept.

I am surprised that you are concerned about this
situation. I am also surprised at the answers offered
by people who seem most confident, as if in posession
of some secret FBI/CIA report.
Answer:
I "think" that is beyond the scope of the "God" -to- human
relationship as conceived by authors of most religious texts.
Also, since "God" is, by definition, an "Alien" (not born on or a resident of Planet Earth), it would not seem fruitful to attempt to fit him/her/it into the normal categories we ascribe to typical human relationships.
"God", for all we know, may just be a force in the Universe, or a force outside the Universe (since the Bible says he made it).
It is also curious to note the fact that biblical texts refer to "God" in the male persona, while Greek Mythology posed the existance of both male and female Gods. Why do you suppose male biblical scholars and teachers presumed "God" to be male. Suppose God is, shall we say, sexless, like Gravity, or Centrifical Force. What would that say to your supposition that "God" is the male version of the species of gods, and that there are matching female counterparts to the male gods? That is to say, that your question presupposes there are more than one of them (individuals of the god species). Err-r, carry this a little farther, and presuppose that "God" in his infinite wisdom chose the best of the bunch (female gods)for his partner. Well, in that case there must be a lot of gods out there going around creating all kinds of stuff beyond the scope of our comprehension. Mind bending, eh?
I would not spend a great deal of time dwelling upon this issue unless you plan to found a new religion based upon the worship of God's Wife (heretofore unmentioned).

Well, as God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit comprise the triunal God, the wife, or "bride" you speak of is Christ's church. So yes, the followers of Jesus are truly the bride of God.

God is an eternal family; Father, Son and Spirit. However, the second person of the Trinity, the Son, Jesus, the Lord of lords and King of kings, has wed himself to his bride, the Church.
Are you hoping to marry into royalty?

God isn't a person. Man was created in the image of God explains that Man is the closest to perfection in the animal kingdom. However like Zerox copies we're not perfect.
