I have to disagree with you in part because it is my belief that God must be the priority in every aspect of life and from that love and service of God flows the love and care of all others, created in God's own likeness and image. Extremism is a problem, for sure but the bigger problem is that we do not live what we profess to believe.

You are so right! Bravo!!!
When we voice judgmental opinions of others, we don't allow the other person space to be with us - people around us close down instead of opening up and it interferes with relationships.
Moreover, self-judgment is involved in many judgments we make of others. If we feel that we must always have an opinion and then announce our opinion, we are wasting mental energy that could be put to better use. The need to judge others is often born of a negative self-image; those who accept their own foibles are better able to accept others'.
To free our overactive brains, we must simply stop ourselves the moment we feel the need to judge coming on. Try to think of everything as "interesting," not bad, dangerous, immoral, stupid, or wrong. We might try actually using the word "interesting" to get ourselves accustomed to using more accepting language.
We can feel free to witness things without categorizing them. Surprisingly, the world carries on, even if we fail to form an opinion about everything.
We can still make judgments to discriminate between what's wise and unwise, safe and unsafe, and what "works" for us and what doesn't.

truthfully it would be held in charge. the undeniable fact that the leaders of prepared faith have not expelled publicly all extremists and dictators is appalling. faith, for the main section, has become a political animal, and as a replace of training God's notice has preached a political schedule as a replace. that is why the fulfillment of Revelation financial disaster 18 is so close. Governments will lose interest to death in faith and its machinations, then turn upon it.

Tolerance is part of the problem within each religious sphere. For example, Moslem extremeists and terrorists exist only because so-called 'moderate' Moslems, or 'ordinary' Moslems tolerate them. the same is true in Christianity... except there, the fundamentalists and extremeists are, for the most part, much more subtle.
Religious communities need to do some housecleaning.

You are so right Precious Soul! The path to life is a narrow path, and we are not to fall to the left or the right.
But isn't that exactly what wehave in our world. The Left and the Right. Conservatism, and Liberalism?
Human beings are emotional creatures, and we base too many
of our judgements on emotion, instead of reason.

Agreed. Extremism is the problem. And we should promote Tolerance. All of these thoughts are very nice, but I don't see them going very far in here.,

Today's problems stem from people not following God and HIs laws, and not accepting His son Jesus as their savior. They would rather follow satan instead, because to them his ways are more fun, and less structured.
They want the here and now, and don't want to wait on the monumental eternal gifts that God wants all people to enjoy, through obedience to His laws. His laws are set up out of love and not out of hate and cruelity, the way people think they are. They are believing in the lies of satan. And will recieve their just consequences for refusing the free gift of salvation that they can have through acceptence of Jesus as their savior.
Jesus is returning in our lifetime. And people today think that if they keep their ears and eyes closed to that fact, that it will not happen. Ready or not. Jesus is returning for HIs church, and this generation will be a witness to that, just like the generation that was a witness to Jesus crucifixion.

In theory this sounds nice, and even works for a lot of people, but faith leads to extremism in about 20% of the population. You can not convince them to accept tolerance, because they are damned fools. Deconverting them is the only option that works.

No releigion teaches you to be an extremist. It's us, the people, who misperceive the true message or try to do things for our personal advantages, making it look like an order of God.
