My inside cats started spraying things around the house at approx. 9 or 10 months old. There was nothing I could do. I ask the vet and he neutered them and they still continued to spray. He said when they feel like their territory is being threatened in any way....They will spray ( neutered or spayed )!!!! Since I use to live on a farm I just made them outside cats and they had a nice screened in porch that they call home........with lots of fresh air.

Last year my beautiful Manx cat Theodore went out for the evening and never came back. I love cats and the house didn't feel the same without one, so I picked up Lola from a rescue centre. She was very frightened and would pee all over the house. I found Cat Spraying No More on the internet and the techniques worked almost immediately. I haven't had a problem with Lola since. Amazing!
Can't stop your cat peeing in the house? Then worry no more...

Some as early as 4 months, usually 6-9 months though. Once the habit is learned, chances of it being corrected with neutering is 50/50 at best (early on) or slim to none (esp. after 1 year of age). Best to have him neutered at 6 months for preventative spraying and great health benefits.

Spraying starts with sexual maturity, which will rarely come earlier than 6 months of age, as far as I've read (about a year of age most cats have reached it). I think 4 months is early enough for fixing him.

the best time to get a male cat neutered is 8 months old. you want to get it done before the spraying starts.
