What exactly do you mean by "move on"....sex?? Hey, when in doubt, DON'T...! General rule about life. Just stay friends and start dating and going places together until you're more confortable with him. Leave the sex alone for the time being. Godloveya.

Your relationship is definitely in an awkward state. Pretty hard to move from friends to lovers after this amount of time of being friends but some of the best relationships start from being friends first. If I were you and I'm thinking from a guys point of view... Take him to diner, doesn't need to be fancy and let him know how you really really feel for him once and for all. I would be really flattered if a women did this to me. Either way you can't loose, he will either tell you he only wants to stay friends or he would like to take your relationship to the next step. Good Luck!

the thing to realize is that you are both pretty young and maybe not ready for a relationship that is really serious right now.

he could be saving you for when you both are mature enough to handle a real serious marriage type relationship that you both know that you are too young for now.

time will tell on that one.

i was friends with a guy for over a year before we really starting seeing each other. he came to my house and just stayed and talked for a year. he took his time, but i guess he was right because we have been together for 9 years now and are still going strong. we both knew about the others relationships as friends long before we got together. we started out as friends and have stayed friends. that along with trust and respect and communication have kept us together through some wild things.

well, if u guys have been "talking" for so long, and you know you like each other, try making a move. i guess thts like really hard to do, and it's not often the girl asks the guy out, but don't wait too long or he might find someone else. so its btr to make use of the oppurtunity that has presented itself. ask him. see wat he says. if he says he's not interested, then well, you've just been wasting your time "talking" to this guy. but from what you've said, it's more likely he'd agree. since you want to have a steady relationship with ths guy, i think you should just go ahead, don't look back. you have nothing to lose.
good luck!!

well, have you ever thought about sitting him down and asking him where he See's you and himself in a few years? better make your move while you can, sounds like one of you is waiting for the other to make the move. some guys like it when a girl makes the first move. Good Luck.
