Of ppl that get a dog and then put it on a chain outside. Never take it off and don't play with it.
What do you think the animal would be like?
Do you think they be good parents if they do this to there pets?
Should they be allowed to have that pet?

9 times out of 10 I saigh they be traidle parents. However sometimes its because there so bizz with kids, they forget about the poor dog.
No I don't think they should be.

I don't think they should even have a dog in those cases. The poor dog can't do anything but stay in one spot, and then people complain if it finally gets off the chain and does something bad. I have even seen dogs chained to a dog house in a fenced yard!! It is disgusting.

We don't adopt pets to people unless they are going to be indoor pets. I may have picked one up that has never been in a house but I always tell them its all gonna be better. My fosters want a family to be part of many don't even want a yard. They want a lap.

I always wondered why people get a pet then keep it outside. This shouldn't be allowed. They need to be socialized with people.

There is no way that I could do that to my dog. They are great company, and putting him or her out on a chain only harbors mischief. Then the owner gets mad at the mischief and its a viscious circle.

No that is abuse you should report them or at least offer to walk the dog for them. It saddens me to think people like that are even allowed to keep animals

I hate that. If they'll keep the dog in such a horrible way, in the first place they shouldn't have one. Being a good parent... well I don't know, that's completely different.

No dog should be perminatly put on a chain. Its one thing to put a dog on a chain while you mow the grass but to leave it there forever.......

i think they are highly irresponsible
but, because they treat an animal badly, doesn't mean they would treat a child badly
they should have their right to pet ownership taken away
