Marriage really means nothing anymore.

Kids, well that's the decision you are going to have to make. Can he love you enough to make up for the fact that he won't give you kids?

First , u got 2 ask urself , bcz everything begin bcz of u , ur decision will turn ur life from hell 2 heaven or heaven 2 hell . ask urself does marrige is important 2 u , if not , then u can go ahead 2 him , but if yes , hmm... , u must say sorry 2 urself bcz u must go 2 find another guys that u will love more n can give u marrige . Same with kids , overall , all is ur own decision , other people could only give u their opinion , just take it what they say n remember 2 think carefully bcz this is ur own life , wish u the best .

If you can live with no kids and no marriage then stay with him but don't try to change his mind. If you are set on having kids and a marriage then you need to find someone who will give you both of those.

i agree marriage doesnt mean a whole lot anymore its not a sacred bond as it used to be too many people messed it up ya know the divorce rate is 65 % its ridiculous.. althought if you have kids marriage does help out for tax purposes..anyway he might come through with the kids part sometimes sacrifices have to be made. i would say dont worry about the marriage and kids thing and if you really love him be with him..

you have three options:

you decide when/if you want kids, then ask him when he might decide to have them...

convince him to want kids/marriage; ask him if he ever will want them

if the answer is no choose to either leave him and go for a permanent relationship (marriage & kids) you don't have or

stick with an imperfect, impermanent relationship you DO have.
whatever you do, MAKE SURE you give yourself enough time to pursue the things YOU want.

Went through this myself. I waited him out and eventually got both but it took 10 years and a lot of arguments.

PS He turned out to be a great dad, despite all that time of not wanting kids.
