I've actually heard of this fetish! He's certainly not alone.
I've worked in the adult entertainment industry; a guy came in one day, saying it was his birthday, and he wanted a girl to fart on him.
There actually seems to be a large minority of guys who find it hot for attactive women to do that to them. Might be a humiliation thing, I dunno.

Depends on your definition of normal.. The excepted idea of normal is what the majority of people do. I doubt the majority of people fart during/before/or after sex. So my answer would have to be No.. But hey whatever floats yours/his boat.
