Why, or why not? I have my own thoughts on this, I'm just curious as to what others think of it?

Just so everyone knows...I'm not contemplating taking them. There is just so much talk and debate on tv, I wanted to see what others thought. I am DEAD SET against them. You might as well start using meth!

I've tried dexatrim natural and regular. I don't think they work, maybe a little in the beginning but eventually they'll just neutralize with your system and you'll keep needing more to get the same effect. Also, the regular ones gave me the shakes and made my lips all dry almost like speed. I just think there expensive and a waste of money. Loosing weight and being healthy is a life decision, so you have to find a plan that works, that you intend to do forever. Can you see yourself taking pills for the rest of your life? Or can you see yourself trying to eat better and getting into an exercise routine. Like I said it's a life decision so you can be slow about it. Start by cutting one thing out, if you drink Pepsi every day replace it with water. If you have icecream for dessert, try some yogurt instead etc. Just like exercise take it slow, don't jump into a full strenuous routine, thats why people give up so fast. Good luck:)

NO. Want to reduce weight? Decrease the amount of calories coming into your body and increase the calories you burn off. (Eat less high calorie foods & exercise daily!). Diet pills are just a ploy to get you to spend money. There is no easy way to lose weight. If it were as easy as taking a pill, obesity would not be a problem in the US.

No.

I see it like this. In the early days of man, we ate what grew off the trees, what grew in the ground, and we hunted and fished for our meat. We walked everywhere, no cars or buses or trains or planes. NO PILLS. Of course, now we have to accomodate with modern technology, but all I am saying is, ALL NATURAL IS THE WAY TO GO!

For me, it depends if you are talking about prescription pills or herbal supplements. Prescription pills are a no-no for me. However, herbal supplements, in an essence, are like vitamins or food supplements. There are times our bodies aren't getting the required nutrition and we need to supplement our diet.

NO!! NO!! NO!! They can become very addictive and change your body chemistry (360 degrees). You could end up not sleeping, get the shakes, become very hyper, and then your personality would turn for the worse. It`s possible you could end up taking Valium or other drugs to calm you down.

THE DECISION IS YOURS TO MAKE!!!

I say no....I think it is best to eat helathy and exercise. If you are going to take something talk to your doctor and also check a health store. i personally try to go the herbal route. I think that is a better way to go.
