The wife of the Music Minister of our church was diagnosed with cancer . She went to surgery, where the doctors decided there was just to much, too extensive to operate. They just sewed her back up and gave her a few months to live. Our church made it a matter of prayer and she was completely healed. She is alive today and gives God all the glory. This was over 30 years ago.

the question is misleading really.
Have people been cured of systemic cancer? Sure, some have. Have the overwhelming majority? No, not even close.
Once cancers have spread and become widespread, systemic, or 'advanced' cancers, the hope for successful treatment and remission goes down exponentially. The trick with cancer is to catch it BEFORE it gets to that point.
So sure, a handful of advanced cancer patients have gone into remission with aggressive treatment. But the overwhelming majority do not.

Well it really depends on the kind of cancer.
Stage 4 Pancreatic? No.
Stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma? Yes.
So it depends.
