I spend a lot of time in the computer but I can give it up, easy. I could watch TV instead, but if I had to give that up too, then I would read a book.
I can't give up stuff like smoking or drinking or even dessert because I don't do any of that stuff.

we had to do this project in a social work class. gave up all drinks with caffeine in them. this was not as hard as it first appeared. body soon got used to being without the caffeine which proved it was mind over matter. all of us proved we could do without certain things in our lives which we were used to.

My personal computer and replace it with a pad of paper and a pen. I really can't live without my computer.

I would give up sleep and replace it with sleep-deprived psychosis-just for the fun of it.
