I've not been at an AAFES that mounted medals or ribbons for you.

I've used these guys before, they are trustworthy/quick.

Hmm, my husband does this himself. They sell booklets at MCSS that tell what order the ribbons go in and distance requirements, etc. If it's wrong, someone will let you know.

If you're not military but are looking to mount them for presentation purposes, i.e. a grandfather's or uncle's old uniform, I guess try the places provided by the last answer.

Try the AFFES on post or the uniform supply there
