They are, the silicone remains intact and doesn't really cause a big issue when people are buried. When they are cremated the implants may be removed.

Yes, of course it will. Silicone doesn't decompose.
BTW it's not silicon... it's silicone. Two different things.

Not to be rude, but why is it so important to know the answer to this? know someone who died or is going to die w/implants?
