Visited Redhill the otherday and noticed how wierd and unfriendly people are. Has anyone else had a bad experience there? I won't be returning, that's for sure.

there are a goodly number of inbreds, chavs and teenage mothers there. The town centre, which is what most visitors would see, is particularly vile in this respect. But get outside the centre and it's not bad - some lovely countryside, and Reigate's very nice. The train services to London are fab, too, better than living inside London.

I have a friend from Redhill, he is very friendly but a little odd.

I lived just outside there for a while and hated it. There was a nice indian restaurant in Reigate (just a little way from there) but otherwise I was very happy to leave.
