see, in my neighbour there is a very cute guy, and i want to talk to him, when i saw him my heartbeats goes up. And i also know that he also wants to talk to me but we don't get the right time to talk. He try to go in the morning on my office timings. When i shut the gate after hearing the voice of gate he came out but never say anything and only look into my eyes. Is there any way to talk to him. But i want only that solution through which he dosen't feel that she is desperated or very keen to talk to me.

When you see him coming out of his house when you are outside, you should ask if he is ok and if he had a nice weekend. I have a cute neighbour but nothing would ever happen because he lives with his stuck up girlfriend and my other neighbour is an old women no luck there lol x

The next time you see him just walk over and kiss him . A good kiss too,then just say I have been wanting to do that for a very very long time and then just walk away. Trust me. I did this , The two of us had some of the hottest sex I have ever had-ahhhh the memories : )

There is no harm in talking to him on the name of neighbiouhood. As you are neighbours both of you should know each other. So go and and do a formal introduction with him.

It sounds as if "timing" is an issue. The next time you see him at the gate, you might want to nonchalantly say: "How are you doing?" and then introduce yourself. Maybe he's as shy as your are. Someone is going to have to break the ice it seems..

go round his house in your nightdress and nothing underneath and pounce on him if hes not gonna b a man and chase you then he either isnt interested in you that way or is maybe a bit shy
