That does not seem appropriate or any bit a turn on to me...in fact that would ruin the whold moment for me. The sex must be pretty good if you can keep putting up with this. I would have to straight up tell her about it, and tell her she is grosse. Maybe its a medical problem for her? Would definetly be a turn off though.
