SAPA (the Greek letter R is like the English P. The S would be like a W on its side "ΣΑΡΑ" I live in Greece and speak it fluently.

Some people write it Σάρα and others Σάρρα. Since it's a name from the Bible, it also exists in Greek and is pronounced almost exactly as in english.
