im hate everyone today that i know in reality not u guys i just feel like burning myself down its not the goth thing because i usually feel casual but today its such i bummer i hate life and colors!!!! what can i do to make myself feel better?

I got the Monday blabs, too! It's a "I hate to get out of bed day". But, you got to get out of bed no matter what. It is a totally yucky day.
Maybe we could have several cups of coffee together to try and make this day a little brighter for us.
I hate Mondays!

Try to think about this very carefully, it take much practice yet if you practice this every moment in your daily life it Will get easier.

Tell your self you have a choice of how you are going to feel, and in this moment you are going to chose to be happy, because you look in the mirror and see some one very nice in there, and you want to help that person you see in the mirror to be happy so, do something that will put a smile on her face, I don't know many stand on your tippy toes and do a Little dance maybe it walking around doing the chicken dance , just check in and look in the mirror occasionally to see how that special person is doing OK....

Oh Honey...we all have these days I'm sure your a lovely wonderfull lady and when your in a non depressed mood you bring sunshine to all who knows you and to all you meet. take a min and close your eyes...pictrue something or someone you love......smile.....feel a little better ? Have a GREAT day...tomorrow the sun will shine and only for you. :) :)

go to sleep and the miserable day will be gone.
Wake up and you will feel better.
If you don't feel any difference, eat a bar of chocolate and brush your teeth. The sugar and mint will biologically perk you up.
