My god you make me feel bad
I'm 5ft 6 also but at 9st 2lbs I feel quite fat compared to the way I used to be
Everyone else says that its better to have a bit of flesh to cover you but phrases like that make it worse.
The last time I lost alot of weight was by mostly eating grilled chicken with veg or potatoes and drinking loads of water.
But remember the easiest way is by walking loads and believe me the LBs just float away.
Good Luck, this society of skinny girls is hard to live up to but I'm sure you are beautiful the way you are!

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Just eat as you are and do a little extra walking. This sounds daft but try taking on a paper round. You spend an hour a day walking roughly, earn a little money, and you feel the need to do it, wheras if you just say I'm going to walk an hour a day there is nothing to actually get you out there. You don't need to lose any weight, but to make yourself feel happier which is what you are chasing just exercise a little with silly ideas. Before you know it you'll have a firm stomach, firm legs and controlled arms, which will make you look perfect (from how you described yourself).

You don't need to be on Weight Watchers. Leave it. Go eat some pie.

You can't join weight watchers unless you have at least 7lbs to lose and you're already slightly underweight by WW's standards.

you seem fine as you are to be honest! However, if you go on the web site there is usually a calculator to work it out for you
