McDonalds McChicken burgers work best.

Gaining 20 pounds in 2 weeks is not only hard, but is extremely stressful on your body.
If you want to look heavier while gaining weight slowly you might want to check your wardrobe and possibly shop for a few new items. Dressing to look heavier isn't hard. Basically all you have to do is to go against all the advice to look thinner. I know that it may sound crazy but it does actually work.
Wear brighter colors, heavier fabrics, wear shirts with shoulder pads (yes, they are back in fashion), don't wear the new "skinny" pants but wear pants that are a bit heavier like jeans or cords instead. Also break up your body by wearing a colors that are not in the same family (like red and blue, opposed to light blue 7 dark blue). Look at fashion magazines, see what's in and change it a bit to fit your style.
While you are dressing to look larger you can add a few hundred calories a day to your current diet by eating high quality foods, but extra portions, have the meat not so lean, use butter on your bread, drink whole milk instead of skim, use full fat salad dressings and add cream to your coffee.
Between changing your style of dress and anding just a few pounds you can look the way you want.

I can't imagine what you would want to gain weight for, but I remember when I was that age I probably weighed about that much and wanted to gain weight too. So I drank ensure I think is what it was. Check it out on the shelf. It did help some, but I don't remember gaining that much weight. I was always told to drink beer....or eat a lot of fast food.

Eat at McDonalds. Or any where that sales hamburgers and fries. And try some milk shakes with it.
