I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

There is no evidence that sugar is directly responsible for diabetes. Being fat is a risk factor (which is very possible to happen if you consume that amount of calories) but sugar alone won't cause you diabetes. However refreshments that contain sugar are related so be aware.

Breathing exercise does not cause diabetes.
Breathing exercise which is known as "Pranayama"
is better learnt from any good "Yoga Preceptor".
Pranayama is very good both for mind and body
if practiced properly.
Pranayama is also done to control mind in
meditation.
When body is one end, mind is another end.
Both are interrelated. This the basis for
pranayama as practiced by the Yogis.

There are no advantages to holding the breath. Actually, what it does is cause hypoxia, which reduces oxygen to the brain and can cause you to pass out, fall and cause either serious damage or death. I suggest you learn yoga.

SILLY NILLY:
Only thing you are doing is "cessation" of vital oxygen to tissue-organs-esp the brain.
You're doing far more damaged than you comprehend.
YOGA far better: A system of exercises practiced as part of this discipline to promote control of the body and mind.
