A raw vegan is someone who eats only raw fruits and vegetables. This would also include nuts and seeds.

The reason I am asking is just because I am curious as to how raw vegans are here. I have been a raw vegan for 3 years and prior to that I was a cooked food vegan.

I am a raw vegan in the sumertime only, and I don't miss having anything cooked then. It has to be the effect of hot weather upon me. Also the benefits of energy from all the enzymes of fruits and vegetables (not destroyed by cooking) are great, especially in the longer summer days. I find that eating cooked foods becomes necessary for me during the fall and winter months, as they are quite cold here.

I only just became vegan about 2 months ago...not raw vegan though...this is hard enough!

I really miss my old favorites such as plain yogurt, cheese, eggs, and salmon...

Are you a raw vegan? What are the health benefits? Just curious...

I can't imagine my life without meat, eggs and dairy products. I like steak too much. I would think it'd be hard to come up with interesting meals, especially if you only eat raw foods.

What's the point? Are you trying to cultivate an eating disorder to make up for the fact that you have no personality? I bet you're loads of fun in the sack.

You mean you DON'T even kill the fruit and vegetables first?

How inhumane!
