I haven't been able to find it anywhere.

As near as I can tell they now refer to it as quick cooking barley and have moved it to the "Mother's" brand (which I ***/u/me means it's in the baby food aisle). I have noticed that some Wal-Mart stores still have the stuff for sale but disappears once they sell out. Bob's Red Mill has flaked barley which (from experience) works the same in recipes.

but I will warn you (from experience) that since PepsiCo took them over they tend to be first rate idiots when it comes to the "niche" products.
