I have respiratory problems and asthma. If you were asthmatic, you would be hearing a wheezing sound inside your chest as you breathe in and out and coughing and trying to catch your breath. A chest pain for 48 hours whenever you breathe in needs to be examined by a doctor as soon as possible. There are too many possibilties and trying to decide if its respiratory or cardiac is a waste of precious time. See a doctor, don't keep waiting, please.

sounds like something in your lungs. could be walking pnuemonia, but i cant dx your best bet is to get an xray, then with those they dont usually see the beginning stages of bronchial or pnuemonia. is the pain in the middle of your chest or does it move if it moves it could be gas. but it could be a lot of things a lot of factors you must look at like do you smoke or have you been around someone that is sick or in damp weather or change weather or air cond, blowing on you or fan if any of those than you are looking at some sort of resp inf. also if you have a cough. but not all resp inf have coughs so you need to just hang out in the er and let them do a peak flow test and xray on you.

Don't listen to any diagnosis on the Internet. See a doctor immediately! It could be cardiac, respiratory or many other things and you need to see a trained physician to make sure. Don't risk your life on people who are just guessing!!!

This is a natural program that you can try to cure your acid reflux http://acidreflux.toptips.org
Acid reflux disease, also known as gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD), occurs due to the coexistence of several medical and lifestyle conditions. Physiological factors that trigger GERD include lower esophageal sphincter (LES) hypotonia (the gradual weakening of the LES), along with retrograde flow of stomach contents into the esophagus, and the level of sensitivity of the esophageal mucus to the reflux content.

Could be asthma or bad allergies. Both can be easily solved by a doctor. Good luck, and don't wait.
