It could possibly be genital herpes.
Genital herpes sores are VERY painful, especially during the first outbreak. When I had my first outbreak I was in so much pain, I was prescribed Vicodin along with antiviral medication.
You really should see your doctor about this. They can look at it and diagnose you better. Good luck to you!

Sounds to me like an ingrown hair. My Partner gets them all the time and they can be very painful. If it doesn't come to a head itself where you can "pop" it, then I suggest you think about going to the Dr. and getting it drained. Those, if left too long, can make a large abcess. (YOU could have a very good friend pop it for you, but it'll have to be a very good freind. Not everyone is fond of the "ick" factor here) Try a warm compress for 15 minutes at a time. Tomato paste will also help soften it and bring out the head.(Just wear a pad...I know it sound icky...) I hope you feel better. They can get very painful to sit on. Blessings.

If it feels lumpy, that is in all probability an abcess. try putting a heat moist towel on it for a on an identical time as and see if that is going to open any pores so it could drain. If this purely began, that is going to in all probability rupture in some days by ability of itself. make certain you wash the section properly and shop it clean. that is going to probaby be painful till it drains. The extra painful, the closer that is to rupturing with the aid of fact that is getting complete.

It could be a festered hair or it could be a sweat gland stopped up. Or you could be allergic to something you had used like pads. Keep it dry and it should get better.
