Go see a pulmonologist.

Apparently since you know that your oxygen saturation levels drop into the low 80's you have been to see a doctor. There are many different reasons why you could be dropping, and just as many different treatments. First of all....if you went to your primary care doctor and got these results.....see a pulmonologist. They will evaluate you further and if it is not a lung problem.....see a cardiologist it could be your heart. Any way you look at the situation.....you have a problem and you need to get things looked at. There are answers for your problem....you just need to search. A pulmonologist should be your first stop.

If your oxygen level is dropping that low, then you really need a second opinion. It may or not be related to your lungs, but low 80's is not good and not acceptable for somebody your age. Be persistent until you get an answer and a solution for this.

You should see a pulmonary specialist. If you aren't satisfied with the opinion you've received, there is no shame in getting a second opinion, and it could save your life. You didn't give a lot of details. Do you have any known health problems; are you overweight; how much exercise do you get? If you'll answer this, I can't give you a valid diagnosis, but I might can point you in the right direction. If nothing else, I would definitely urge you to get another doctor's opinion.
