No. Syphilis and chicken pox are two different things.
Syphilis is a bacterial STD that can be cured with antibiotics.
Chickenpox is part of the herpes simplex virus family. Chickenpox is herpes simplex virus 3. There are no cures for viruses.
So, no, there would be no way you could get syphilis from chickenpox.

It isn't a dumb question if you didn't know the answer. Things like this can be easily misunderstood. Chicken pox is in the herpes family, but it is not in the same category as the herpes you get from sex. Cyphillis is an STD but can be transmitted in other ways too, not just from sex, such as blood contact. However, you cannot contract cyphillis from chicken pox.

You cannot get syphilis from chicken pox. Syphilis is a STD and a bacteria. Chicken pox is a virus related to the shingles and herpes virus. Maybe that's what you're thinking of. But the answer is no.
