Absolutely!

MILLIONS of people have STDs and are in happy, healthy, relationships (including me!) and can have children.

I have had HPV and genital herpes for over 5 years now. I am in a healthy, happy, committed relationship with my fiance, who didn't have either virus in the beginning of our relationship. He still chose to date me and be with me because he loves me, regardless of the STDs I have. We plan on marrying soon and having children of our own.

So, yes, it is very possible!

Yes you can! Depending on the STD-type, you can live a happy normal life. However, there are many precautions associated with the various STD types. In other words, pregnancy to child birth has to be monitored with care if your STD requires medication. Keep in mind, "MOST" STD's are easily curable or easily controlled. It is not the end of the world and statistics indicate that 1 out of 4 sexually active people have or have had a STD. Check with your Doctor.

well it depends on the STD...i would guess you could have children with any of them. it just might determine how your child is born. you may want to have a c-section if there is risk on passing the STD on to your child. If it is HIV- i would think about the hardships you and ur loved one is facing and consider if you would want to bring a child into this world that would have to go through that.

yes you can have kids. I had my second child with one. the only thing that I had to worry about was if they were going to cut me or not. life is short, if you got a good doc- go for it he will know how to handle it.

It really depends on what kind of STD it is. That is something your doctor will have to answer when they find out exactly what kind of STD you might have.
